Alzheimer's Disease research dissemination project
Alzheimer's Disease can be scary for those who have never dealt with it before. 1Florida ADRC needed a website to share out information relating to their findings and available resources for both families and researchers.
At the start of this project, there was no existing way to communicate this type of information to the necessary parties. Many of the Alzheimer's clinics and research facilities are located in South Florida which has a large Spanish population, so having a website that was able to be in both English and Spanish was very important.
The bulk of the project took place over 3 months, but small updates were made after the initial release.
I worked on this project with a project manager and developer.
Display resources to families and researchers in a consumable way.
I worked on this project as the lead web and graphic designer.
Main areas of responsibility:
Branding - Style guide, PowerPoint Template
Mockups - Lo and hi-fidelity
Web design - HTML5, CSS, JS
These are a few of the lo-fidelity wireframes I created for the landing page and learn page.
